Served as ‘Project Manager’ heading this PMC group on a short stint that was involved in the construction of 200
million USD, Gabon Special Economic Zone (GSEZ)-Phase I at Libreville, Gabon. Scope of work includes the
construction of a free economic zone with all its infrastructural facilities. Grading/levelling of plots for factories and
small residential township razing the virgin tropical forest land were part of this assignment. Work also included
the construction of road/rail network, utilityservices, landscaping, sewer/water treatment plants etc in a period of
12 months.

Project Management Consultant: Gherzi Eastern Limited – Mumbai; India.
Worked as ‘Team Leader’ for PMC, in the construction of 4.4 Crore USD worth project related to construction of
Indian Institution of Science Education and Research (IISER) - Phase I in approximately 200acres of hillock located
near Vithura, Thiruvanathapuram. Construction work to encompass all infrastructural works related to three main
research building facility and other amenities like staff accommodation, hostels, stadiums(indoor & outdoor),
swimming pool etc. within a period of 18 months.
