systems to help improve productivity and better reporting. This included the following:
o Automated Report Creation: Developed automated reports utilizing SQL to identify carriers that were not
automatically being invoiced that runs once per day
o Data Mapping / Modeling: Developed data model and map to show how portions of data relate and by
gathering business and data requirements from departments. This required normalization to elminate data
redundancy.
o Data Mining: Examined large amounts of historical data and developed SQL queries to data mine and
identify patterns to pinpoint and solve system integration issues
o Eliminated Data Redundancy: Delivered on the promise to join data from multiple spreadsheets into the
user provisioning database while maintaining information and ensuring data integrity which improved

user provisioning requests. This supported over 300 users from multiple departments and allowed the department
