System.
Respond is an Enterprise Feedback Management solution that helps
organizations to capture and act on customer feedback and complaints quickly.
- Respond Case Agent provides a simple and efficient workflow
application for front line staff to log and view customer feedback at
the time they receive a call. If the resolution is not possible then the
feedback is moved to a Case Manager for further investigation.
- Respond Case Managers provide users with an interface to manage
the feedback process from initial capture, complaints, enquiries,
complex queries, comments and compliments. Tasks associated to
the complaints are performed here. Additional details such as notes,
telephone calls, e-mails and reminders can also be recorded in
Respond Case Manager.
- Respond Configuration Manager provides users with a wizard like
interface to customize the application to suit their business needs.
Respond Configuration Manager allows users to specify the screen

FHS (File Handling System) is required to improve the processing of trades sent

FHS accepts the incoming trade files from the FIMAT’s Clients and validates the
trade files and processes the incoming trades to the required output format.
All the configuration parts in FHS are done using ASP.NET pages.

Project 2: Zero Defect System (ZDS)
This system is used to configure the operations to be performed on the product
unit. It helps in monitoring the status/progress of the production unit and its

various states. It provides features for configuring Station, operations, processes
and Parts associated with the product unit. Station will execute a pre-defined set
of operations using processes and parts required for execution based on the
Model requested by the customer.
Project 3: Factor
Project developed using Smart-Client model was intended for Convenient Stores
which were attached to the Petrol Bunks. The software maintained the
inventories and the daily sales of these stores. Software was developed in C#
Windows forms with Web Services. It was a three tiered application which
communicated with the central server through web-services.
