Sales and Marketing Management
Developed advertising campaigns for Marketing. Initiated and created marketing materials, planned and
organized events, reached out to various channels such as radio and print media in order to promote the
company. Results: Increased business by developing advertising campaigns that improved consumer interest
and lead to increases in revenue and overall website traffic.
Developed training programs to help increase overall sales quality and performance. Developed, proposed,
& initiated a program that helped agents build true urgency on our calls while maintaining a high quality of sale.
Results: It drastically improved performance by giving the agents tools to create true urgency on their calls.
Realigned a commission-modeling plan to assist agents in maximizing their compensation. Developed an
excel-based worksheet that showed agents how they were currently trending based on their current performance
and what they needed to do in order to reach their goals based on the current amount of time available in the
month. Results: It improved performance by 25% once initiated and additionally significantly improved agent
moral by showing them what is possible and gave them a specific road map on how to hit those goals.
Organizational, Communications, and Human Resources
Assisted in the implementation of employee retention and job satisfaction programs. Analyzed the
businesses biggest area of turnover in regards to our sales staff and developed a strategy to improve their overall
job satisfaction. Results: The strategy was a huge success, eventually being implemented at the corporate
headquarters. Employee turnover reduced drastically, sales improved, and overall employee morale on the night
teams (2 pm – 1 am shifts), where our turnover was highest and our sales performance was lowest.
Education
Graduate thesis. Developed the concept for the project, researched on key aspects, gathered data, scored and
interpreted the data, and composed a published Thesis. Results: Thesis was approved by the appropriate
departments and is currently in the process of being published, results supported my original hypothesis.
