Florante Gaña has over 15 years of experience working as a cook and galley steward on offshore vessels and in restaurants. He has extensive skills in budgeting, cost controls, menu planning, food safety and sanitation. Gaña's most recent role has been as a cook for OSM Maritime Inc. since 2012, where he is responsible for meal preparation and ensuring kitchen cleanliness. He has received several training certificates in catering, food safety, and cooking skills.
