 Traceability (product recall, in case that any complaints arise, it is the process
where we need to apply product recall, to trace the source or root cause of the
said problem encounter with the product)
 Deviation reports (making reports in case of facility downtime that causes the
delay of productions, also including theconcern in product quality and safety)
 Product evaluation (daily sensory to the product in order to monitor the product
quality from its appearance down to its taste)
 Personnel hygiene monitoring (a checklist monitoring to all personnel to assure
that GMP is strictly follow)
 Equipment calibration (scheduled internal calibration checking to all equipment
use e.i weighing scale and thermometer)
 Shelf life monitoring (retain every product variant sample for shelf life. A process
in order to determined how long is the product will last)
 Product release (to ensure that prior releasing the products. Everything is within
standards)
 Responsible in disposal of rejected products.
