90nm Logic/0.11um Mem./90nm Mem./Power MOS/0.35 pure logic/mixed/MEMS etc.
 Quality /yield analysis system setup for 8 inch MEMS product( First 8 inch line in
Mainland of China).
 Line stability improvement and line excursion reduction.
