Previously I was a Hydrocarbon Analyst with over 20 years experience with P2ES’ ORACLE ENERGY UPSTREAM (EU) and 3 years with Tieto’s ENERGY COMPONENTS (EC) production allocation systems.   2. 2. 2 SHELL OIL COMPANY,Houston,Texas 1981-2014 Hydrocarbon Allocation Analyst (2011-2014)  Performed daily and monthly production allocations of gas, oil and water for onshore U.S. assets.  Performed monthly allocations of plant products.  Tester for the P2ES Oracle Energy Upstream Production upgrades.  System Implementation project team member for 3 implementations.  Worked many years in 2 production/allocation systems: P2ES Oracle Energy Upstream (Production and Regulatory modules) and Energy Components (Production).  As a project team member I developed allocation formulae to automate allocation usage calculations of field equipment.  I received an award for training and mentoring employees.  Analyzed well and metering data.  Processed and submitted production reports to Federal and State government entities for multiple governments (Texas, Louisiana, Colorado, Wyoming, ONRR).  Designed Access queries to facilitate analysis – Saved the dept. 20 man-hours per month.  Created and maintained allocation networks.  Worked closely with field personnel to keep the allocation networks current.  Initiated fuel allocations and created fuel usage calculation formulas – saved 1 man-hour per day.  Created service utilities set ups – allowed partnership billings each month.  Initiated vent and flare allocations – accurately record emissions for regulatory reporting.  Provided legal and royalty support. Gas Revenue Severance Tax Incentive Accountant (2008-2011) Filed tax incentive applications to the States of Louisiana and Texas for incentive wells.  Recorded gas revenue PPA using the P2ES Oracle Energy revenue module.  Submitted revised severance tax reports to the states.  Beta tester, trainer, designed queries to facilitate analysis.  Provided lawsuit and royalty support.  Project team contributor and product leader.  Recouped over $30 million in overpaid severance taxes and created an upload template for tax estimates that saved 3 man-hours per month.
