Skills My skills lie with my in-depth levels of self-possessed
communication abilities, as well as enjoyment of working within a
team. I feel confident taking the lead on projects, but I am also
just as capable of delegating specific tasks to fit within people’s
remits.
This is done by having the ability to recognise what is needed
from everyone to achieve a specific task(s), for example.
However, it is just as important for me to know when to take a
step back and allow others to shine through by positively
reinforcing their achievements to boost morale and further

I worked as a volunteer shop assistant at Barnardo’s as part of a
volunteer work scheme. This was part of my Duke of Edinburgh
Award.
South Shields Football Club / Season Ticket Liaison Officer
July 2022 – Present, South Shields FC, Jarrow.
I was the person put in charge of ensuring that all of the fans
received their 2022/23 season tickets on time and all of their
personal information was handled correctly and safely. This
required mass amounts of organisation, confidence and trust.

2019 – 2021. Most of this award was postponed due to Covid-19,
but I completed the award in June 2021.
