This document summarizes information about Working Group 3 of COST Action RESTORE CA16114, which is supported by the EU Framework Programme Horizon 2020. The working group has official participants from 26 countries and focuses on regenerative construction and operation. It is divided into four sub-groups covering procurement, construction, operation/maintenance, and future life. The working group held workshops, a training school, and will publish a final report on regenerative practices within the construction industry.
