Response to the brief.
What I’ve chosen
• I have chosen to do the print brief, I think it would be best fit for my skills
because I am better at computer work rather than video and filming. This
will help me achieve a higher grade as I know what to do. The genre I am
going produce is POP this is because most of the music I listen to is POP
and always changing depending what's new and popular
Target audience
• I have chosen to do teenagers as my target audience, this is because music
aimed at teenagers is mostly what I listen to. This puts me at an advantage
because I know what kind of music is out there and also that I am teenager
so I know what my peers want.
Inspiring media texts
• Magazines such as ‘Billboard’ and ‘we love pop’ are the world best selling
POP magazines. We love POP is mainly aimed at kids so I would take the
layout but use Billboards content and teenage themes to ensure my audience
is happy.
