The Social Studies Club of Alejandro Firmeza Memorial National High School passed a resolution to request financial assistance of P2,000 to cover expenses for their upcoming United Nations celebration on November 18, 2016. The celebration is an annual event sponsored by the Social Studies Club. Funds are needed to purchase materials and prizes for student activities. The resolution was certified by the Club officers and approved by the school principal.

WHEREAS, the Alejandro Firmeza Memorial National High School will hold an United Nation
Celebration on November 18 , 2016.The total expense for the United Nation Celebration is
P 2,000.00.
WHEREAS, United Nation Celebration is an annual activity that is sponsored by SSC Club.
WHEREAS, there is a need to purchase materials and prizes to ensure the active participation of
the students in different activities.
NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Mark David Nalinga Social Studies Club Treasurer and Honey
Skynely Mondano Social Studies Club Auditor.
BE IT RESOLVED AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Social Studies Club Officers of Alejandro
Firmeza Memorial National High School, headed by Mildred Estopacia is asking for financial
Assistance to cover the Expenses for the United Nation Celebration.
RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish the copies of the resolution to furnished to Georgia Naquita
Social Studies Club Secretary, Mrs. Emee Monsale, Bookkeeper, Mrs. Jinalyn F. Labordo, Disbursing
Officer and Juliet S Sarinas, Principal II for their information and appropriate action.
