Quality Details
Qualified Academics Possesses the necessary minimum requirements to perform duties of position such as a
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or Business Management from a recognised
institute for example: UWI, UTT, COSTATT, University of London. Or even a Masters Degree in
Business management or a related field. Knowledge of Business law may be an asset
Experience Has the necessary number of years experience required managing or supervising employees in
a similar position. A minimum of 3 years is required, Employer would prefer 5 years experience
Skills Possesses a number of the following skills: Leadership skills, Conflict management and
resolution, Employee relations, organizational skills, Industrial relations knowledge, reporting skills
Flexibility The ability to work flexible hours and weekends as required by the employer. How soon can the
candidate start work
Personality (Optional) Does the candidate have that psyche and social interaction that will add to the office
environment and allow further growth and development of team members
Professionalism From cover letter to attire and conduct, the candidate must put forth a level of professional

• Provide operational support and guidance to the HR department and the Company to ensure human capital is effectively managed and developed.
• To ensure that the company’s operational processes and HR systems are continuously functional and support the execution of the Company’s Strategy.
• To prepare and provide accurate and timely HR reports to guide appropriate decision making by the management team.
• To ensure that the Company meets all statutory requirements and maintains up to date records including those for NIS and OSHA.
• To provide operational management in all areas having HR and IR implications.
• Ensure that the payroll and HR systems and processes are accurately maintained.
• To provide on-going feedback and advice regarding the implementation and management of the organization's corporate communications

• Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or other relevant qualification.
• Minimum of three (3) years in a senior Human Resources position
• Proven ability to approach conflict situations with emotional intelligence and open-mindedness
• Patience and adaptation to perform both administrative tasks and innovative employee relations and development.
• Organizational skills.
• Ability to work with and as a mentor.
• Experience in dealing with Industrial Relations matters;
• Effective oral and written communication

The employer will always try to pay the least possible amount) Est: $10,000.00 to 25,000.00 per month
