set in and the time periods that it is set in.
• These are all being represented through the
way that it shows a small timeline of the
characters lives leading up to the scenes
within the film and by doing it in this form it
also shows us the locations and time periods.

• The representation is made to be seen in a
naturalistic way because the actually story is
made in a naturalistic way that if this were
real lifer it would be the natural thing to
happen. E.g. Superheroes fighting evil would
be seen as normal in this version of reality but
not in our version.
