A STUDY OF JIO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
The objective of my study is to fnd the customer satisfaction
towards jio. The study was focus on the customers attract towards
jio features for last one year after. The study also focuses on the
jio implementationand history. Within a span of 1 and half year
jio has subscribed 18 crores of people.
ABOUT JIO
 Formerly called as reliance jio infocommunication(2013-
2015)
 Jio has announcedmukesh ambhaniin his 41st
annualgeneral
meeting of reliance industries
 Jio started his operationsfrom September 1st
2015
 It give data and callsat a free of cost up to march 31st
2016
 After the 31st
march 2016 it started the payment plansof jio
 It offer a callsat RS.99 whole year
 It offers data at RS.399 for 84 days, it was low cost than the
other telecom operators
 Presently jio come paidwe completed 1 year
 In the 1 year of span jio has subscribed 18 crores of people
for their connections

 My jio - use the my jio app to know the balanceand usage of
data services and digital services
 Jio tv – uses of the jio tv watch the tv channelsonlineit have
almost 555+ HD channels
 Jio cinema – uses of the io cinema to watch the movies online
with a free of cost
 Jio chat – it is chat messenger app for chat purposes
 Jio music – it is used to listen the songs of new movies and
old movies
 Jio mags – it is used to read the different magzines in whole
world with a free of cost
 Jio cloud drive – it is drive for used to save documents and
other files at free of cost
 Jio xpress new paper – it is used to read the news of different
papers in the india
 Jio security – it is a security app for the secure information
from the electronic gadgets

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
 The purpose of methodologyis used to design the
research procedure on impact of jio on youth. This
includes the overall design of data, sampling procedure
and collectionof data and analyzes it.
 It is systematic process of gathering data and analyzing
data to know the problem on marketing of goods and
services
DESCRIPTIVE RESEARCH
 It is also known as quantitativeresearch.
 This kind of research is design for investigationthe
problem. Develop the hypothesison problem from a
working point of view. It is fixed flexibility,which is needed
to solve the problem, broadly decide first, is transform into
many actualmeaning in descriptive studies, which in fact
may require changes in research procedure for gathering
important data.
CHARACTERISTICS OF DESCRIPTIVE RESEARCH
 Design is flexible
 No profit is come from sampling design
 In collectionof data we use unstructured instruments
 No fixed decision about the working procedures

 Size of the sample for this project was respondentscome
from the questionnaire.

I took the sampling techniqueis simple random sampling. In
simple random sampling we can give equal chance for each
example

Guntur and tenali and the respodents are from the students of
different college.

I used questionnairefor research instrument to conduct survey.
The questionsconsist of closed questionnairefor gathering
information.
The questionnaireconsists of 16 questionsfor the research. All
the questionsare easy to respond in lesser time. It respond on
one trick mark on right choice

INTERPRETATION
In the above question we asked the 78 people the major
percentage of 53.8 was used the jio telecom operator. In the
next position idea operatorwas used of 20.5%. On the next
positionairtel was used of 15.4%. according to my view the jio
has promoted high and the promotion was very good.

Findings
• In the conducting the survey about 75% of respodents are
satisfied with jio
• Only 25% of people are not satisfied with jio because of
network coverage problem
• Jio attract many of customers by free offers
• Presently jio offered the low tariff than other compititors
• Jio enhanced 18% of the telecom market
• Most of the customers was purchase jio because of the
low tariff rates in data and free calls
• Jio was popularto all country by its brand
CONCLUSION
• Reliance JIO has become a very successful brand in India
& providing customer satisfaction is to be there main
motive.It provides unlimited free calling and data
services & SMS on the move as peopleare more
dependenton it in their dailylives like wide network
coverage and good 4G services.Because 3G services was
unableto meet out customer needs and wants.That’s
why 4G has been evolved for Indian customers.
• Reliance JIO possesses congestion free & wide network
coverage, attractive 4G schemes & customer services as
well as lifetime roaming free services

  • 6. A STUDY OF JIO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION The objective of my study is to fnd the customer satisfaction towards jio. The study was focus on the customers attract towards jio features for last one year after. The study also focuses on the jio implementationand history. Within a span of 1 and half year jio has subscribed 18 crores of people. ABOUT JIO  Formerly called as reliance jio infocommunication(2013- 2015)  Jio has announcedmukesh ambhaniin his 41st annualgeneral meeting of reliance industries  Jio started his operationsfrom September 1st 2015  It give data and callsat a free of cost up to march 31st 2016  After the 31st march 2016 it started the payment plansof jio  It offer a callsat RS.99 whole year  It offers data at RS.399 for 84 days, it was low cost than the other telecom operators  Presently jio come paidwe completed 1 year  In the 1 year of span jio has subscribed 18 crores of people for their connections VISION OF JIO Vision of jio give the digitalto all people in indiawith a low cost for the all level income people. The initiativesare truly alignedwith the government of india project is digital of india,it is vision for india.  Digital healthcare for all the people in india  Affordable devices with a low cost  Jio cloud drive  Digital educationfor the students  Digital connectivityand social connectivity for all the people in india JIO APPS  My jio - use the my jio app to know the balanceand usage of data services and digital services  Jio tv – uses of the jio tv watch the tv channelsonlineit have almost 555+ HD channels  Jio cinema – uses of the io cinema to watch the movies online with a free of cost  Jio chat – it is chat messenger app for chat purposes  Jio music – it is used to listen the songs of new movies and old movies  Jio mags – it is used to read the different magzines in whole world with a free of cost  Jio cloud drive – it is drive for used to save documents and other files at free of cost  Jio xpress new paper – it is used to read the news of different papers in the india  Jio security – it is a security app for the secure information from the electronic gadgets

  • 11. RESEARCH METHODOLOGY  The purpose of methodologyis used to design the research procedure on impact of jio on youth. This includes the overall design of data, sampling procedure and collectionof data and analyzes it.  It is systematic process of gathering data and analyzing data to know the problem on marketing of goods and services DESCRIPTIVE RESEARCH  It is also known as quantitativeresearch.  This kind of research is design for investigationthe problem. Develop the hypothesison problem from a working point of view. It is fixed flexibility,which is needed to solve the problem, broadly decide first, is transform into many actualmeaning in descriptive studies, which in fact may require changes in research procedure for gathering important data. CHARACTERISTICS OF DESCRIPTIVE RESEARCH  Design is flexible  No profit is come from sampling design  In collectionof data we use unstructured instruments  No fixed decision about the working procedures
