2. • Familiar with vehicle and equipment like (KOMATSU, CAT, NEW HOLLAND,
VERMEER, HYUNDAI, BOMAG, VOLVO, BENZ, IVECO, ASTRA, MAN, JCB,
XCMG (Excavator, Dozer, Heavy duty vibrator roller, trencher, crane, tyre roller,
Grader, power generator, Wheel loader, backhoe loader, concrete pump,
Articulated Dump truck, prime mover, tanker, tipper.)

• IVMS monitoring for site work shop fleets.
• Ensuring the Maintenance carried out as per service schedule, collecting the oil
sample, monitoring oil sample report and taking action against the oil sample.
• Creating VRM for site work shop fleets and utilization update in FMS
• Preparation and monthly equipment utilization report, cost analysis report, repair
and maintenance report, consumption analysis report etc.

3. Carrier history
• Conducting the RCA and 5 why analysis and implementing the corrective
procedure (technical bulletin as a rectification of repeated failure or corrective
action).
• Worked with technical cell for parts identification and inventory management
• Implemented the new way of monitoring the maintenance, improved the better
maintenance schedule and planning. Management has appreciated for achieving
the reduced MTTR (Mean time to repair) of the fleets and for maintaining the
QA/QC procedures as per company procedure.
• Worked with Celerant consultant , chosen as the best among
45 people for implementing various tools like (Planning tool for weekly
monitoring, ERP report analyst, reviewing the performance of the Technician and
inventory management.
• Implemented the line management for better quality of work by giving extra
training and making RACI matrix by understanding the skills and performance of
each person.
• Introduced the new service schedule book for the GALFAR Company and
running successfully for past Four years.
• Creating monthly MIS (Management information system)
• Monthly presentation on maintenance and explaining the importance of cost
management and giving better ideas to improve skills and various technics for
bring down the cost.
• Weekly and daily monitoring the performance of Section with different KPIs,
creating minutes of meeting.
• Implemented the 5S for better improved quality work, improved the hand and tool
mechanism. (monthly training for the document assistants and technicians for
better faster work)
• Monitoring the engine condition after the engine overhauling by using the SOS
sampling and certifying the performance to management.
