at all Trinity Rail New Car and Maintenance Services facilities. Responsibilities include
overseeing Quality Assurance, Welding, Engineering, and Coatings teams.

compliance with current regulations.
Ø Member of team tasked with standardizing the tank car Mechanical Quality Assurance
Records (MQAR’s) throughout all Trinity Rail tank car facilities.
Ø Monitored and audited a high profile railcar project to assure that all procedures and tests
are accurately performed and documented.
Rail Fleet Manager
Ø Manage 20,000 railcars assuring they are fully operational, properly repaired, and code
compliant to ensure the safe and successful transportation of my clients’ goods.

Ø Receive defective railcar information from clients and assign the railcar to a repair shop

Ø Provide repair shops with instructions on what repairs to complete for each railcar
according to the reported defects, last content, MSDS, and required gaskets and o-rings.
Ø Review Association of American Railroads (AAR) compliance testing for each railcar
and complete the required tests while in repair to save additional shop visits and cost.
Ø Assure proper repairs by reviewing railcar assembly drawings with the repair shop.
Ø Review and approve repair estimates using (AAR) billing codes and labor rates.
Ø Advise IT personnel regarding system enhancements to assure proper working
procedures and avoid potential system errors.
Ø Communicate closely with clients to update repair status of railcars and notify clients
when repairs are complete.
Production Manager
Ø Received and coordinated order information on defective railcars with the inspection
department and maintained individual car files.
