The document summarizes work done for various work packages (WPs) related to a project in Podgorica, Montenegro. For WP2, stakeholders were updated in a database and promotional materials were produced. Open days were held in May 2014 and more were scheduled for May 2015. For WP3, assessments of policy, energy consumption and production, and a sustainable energy roadmap for Podgorica were completed. For WP4, two best practices were analyzed and a regional workshop was scheduled for May 2015. The SEAP was also updated to include the industry sector. Conclusions addressed bureaucratic obstacles, financial obstacles, increasing public awareness, and the need for cooperation and investment.

6. Conclusions
1. Byrocratic obstacles at local level due to election and often
change of administration. People need improvements in EE
and RES and it should not depends from political parties.
2. Financial obstacles due to low level of financial facilities for
people to develop new RES and EE.
3. People should increase their own aware about energy
efficiency and RES, because story about that is story about
health and about money.
4. People need to set up new connections and cooperation in all
Europe and to make pressure to decision makers, byrocrats
and possible investors. People need to invest in their own
future!!!
