This is the reason teaching fraternity is advised to take up the role of facilitator and be the active part of the classroom learning experience.
No more teachers can assume that what they know is extraordinary and that every day they are producing amazing content for their discipline or subject. As a matter of fact most of the times students are more updated than what we are.
With teachers changing their work profile the entire Education system is undergoing a major transformation. Educational Institutions are now forced to focus in developing Competencies amongst their students rather than transferring KNOWLEDGE.
It is essential that we must know the difference between transferring knowledge and that of being a facilitator. We have to accept the facts that most of us have gone wrong in our approach of teaching and we can only change if we accept. ACCEPTANCE is key to CHANGE

Well-being has migrated from health and wellness magazines to business magazines and corporate corridors. Wellness, and how to integrate it into our work lives, has become the hottest topic in the business discussion forums across the globe.
Businesses big or small have finally realized that the health of their employees and the health of their bottom line are inseparable. In other words wellness is good business.
International yoga day
Yoga to me is all about connectivity and experiences. It is more of awareness and acceptance. Yoga is a way of life (Mindful Introspection)

Rapport is a feeling of being in-sync with someone else, to be on the same wavelength and consequently to really understand and appreciate someone else and their opinions.
When we look at communication, we are taught to think that the most important are the words we say. Yet, the words, all in all, only form about 7% of the total communication between two people. Roughly 38% are determined by how we say the words (voice qualities), and an astounding 55% by non-verbal communication or body language. That means, it is not only important what you say, but how and with what gestures.
We need rapport for unconsciously making the other person believe that we two are alike, it massively increases response potential. As a consequence, it will be easier for us to lead the other person to our point of view.
That is the ART of PERSUASION!

The key question faced by most of the Small and Medium Enterprise and Family Managed Business is how to generate additional growth, possibly without employing too much capital?
In small span of my career working in professional education sector I have realized that management had reasonably good knowledge of their offerings and capabilities existing and potential.
Being truthful
If there’s one thing that’s in short supply in almost every organization, at every level, it’s straight talk – truthfulness. It’s business’s biggest dirty little secret that in most companies, most people would rather hide or spin the truth than share it, making it hard for everyone to bring the reality of the situation to the surface and fix it.
Most of us will argue that’s human nature, of course. We all have an innate instinct that tells us from a young age to prevent awkwardness and avoid hurting feelings.
In most of the cases it is the fear of the consequences of being truthful in a company culture that doesn’t welcome openness. Sharing is viewed as innate precursor of losing power and position. Secrecy and holding on rather twisting the information to suits the authority is key driver in maintaining the status.

The coronavirus is not only a health crisis but it’s also an impending concern that is continuously restructuring the global economic order.
So the big question is what should it take to traverse this crisis when the traditional metrics and assumptions have been rendered irrelevant?
The answer is a CALL TO ACT from the crisis of today to the normalcy. We need to think and act across the workable solutions and possibilities:

University Admission to UG and PG program and other courses starts from March onwards in India. University admission or college admission is the process through which students enter tertiary education at universities and colleges.
Most likely you as an applicant seeking admission in any college or university will be interacting with the Admission Counsellor. The main work of the admission counselor is to advise and help the applicant in assisting with queries related to curriculum, professors and much more. Admission counselor is just like a mentor or a guide to help applicant throughout the college application and admission process.
From our personal experience, we have noticed that the counselors need rigorous training for dealing with the applicants so that they can appreciate their concerns and accordingly resolve them to the best of their abilities. We have recently conducted a training program for the admission counselors for a private university and we are happy to share the presentation for your valuable views and suggestions.
