Mountains, valleys, plains, plateaus, snowy coasts, mountain ranges, and volcanoes are some of the different types of landscapes that make up Earth's surface. Mountains are natural elevations of the earth, plateaus are large flat high areas, and plains are extensive low-lying areas suitable for agriculture. Valleys are low-lying areas surrounded by mountains with rivers running through them. Snowy areas are mountains topped with snow, and volcanoes are mountains that erupt hot lava and gases. Mountain ranges are series of connected mountains.

7. SNOWY
Is a mountain covered with snow on its top.
In Colombia we can find the Ruiz snowy In
Santa Martha.

8. VOLCANO
Is a mountain with a hole in its center that
throws hot lava, rocks, stones and gases.
In Colombia we can find the Galeras
Volcano.

9. MOUNTAIN RANGE
 Is a serie of mountains.
In Colombia we can find the East, west and
Central mountain range.
