This document provides a concept presentation for the relaunch of the fashion brand PEOPLE through various pre-event, main event, and post-event activities. 5. Background of the brand
• People was launched in 2008 as a fashionwear brand offering international
and fusion styles to the family at an affordable price. Originally part of the
popular Peter England brand, it broke away to develop its own distinct
identity in 2009.
• People is a part of Madura Fashion & Lifestyle, India’s largest and fastest
growing branded apparel companies and a premium lifestyle player in the
retail sector.
• It is part of the Aditya Birla Group, an Indian multinational present across
financial services, telecom, fashion & lifestyle, IT-ITeS and manufacturing
businesses. Anchored by over 60,000 employees, ABNL touches lives of
more than 100 million Indians.

10. Logo
The Logo becomes the signature of a brand,
a trademark by which the brand is recognized.
Designing of the logo can be done once we get
to see the new logo or specification about it.

the world inquisitive about what new
the brand has in store for them.

At the stores, we can paste

about the relaunch of PEOPLE.

The People’s Paper can either be a medium to
share fashion tips and stay updated with the
current trends in the fashion industry right from
clothes, accessories to make up or it can publish
the latest updates and fashion by PEOPLE.

A life size countdown timer can be setup at the venue to create hype prior to the event

• Marketing through cell phones' SMS (Short
Message Service) has become increasingly
popular now days.
• SMS campaign will bring awareness among all
class of people, this campaign will help you
increase the footfall at the stores.
25. #Tag flow
• To create #peopletrends and upload
their picture on the social media such
as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and
other social network which are famous.
• Can keep a similar kind of board at
stores which can create more
awareness about the Brand.
26. Café promotion
• Promotion refers to raising customer awareness of a product or brand, generating sales, and
creating brand loyalty. It is one of the four basic elements of the market mix, which includes the
four P's: price, product, promotion, and place.
• There various ways of promoting the product at Cafes such as Table tents card, Posters, standees,
dangler etc.. Which will be noticed by the target audience.

• Tags with the PEOPLE store branding will be circulated at parking
place, malls, office’s and hotels for the awareness of brand.

• Digital standees placed in the lobby
will run messages, videos, agendas ,
information about the brand etc…
39. Pay with a smile
• Promoters wearing branded t-shirts will hand over FORTUNE COOKIES WITH
CUSTOMIZED MESSAGES to guest who walk in, and ask for a smile as
payment
• This idea will put a smile on the customer face after seeing the customized
message, either message can be anything such as come avail discount % or
have great day, or visit us again.
40. The flogos Launch
The Business heads will gather at a spot
and kick off the relaunch of PEOPLE by
releasing Flogos on by one into the air.
The Flogos will be designed either as the
PEOPLE logo or the Aditya Birla group.
This will mark the start of the event.
41. Releasing of helium balloons
• A frame created as per the logo
and filled with helium balloons
can be released by pulling the
rope/thread during the unveiling
of the brand.
42. Studio Shift
• A studio shift organized by any one of
the eminent radio channels at the
campus.
• The guest will get the opportunity to
be interviewed and aired live by the
radio jockey and dedicate songs.
43. Photo Boxi – As the guests enter
• Interactive technology
• Digital Pictures
• Integrating social media and posting the
pictures directly on their social
networks.
• Kiosks can be customized
• Provides high level of customer
engagement both during and post the
event
44. Photo opp
• A photo opp corner will be placed in
the venue, and the photographer will
be taking pictures and those pictures
can be given to customer as souvenir
with branding of PEOPLE.
45. Fashion show at stores
A fashion show can take place in all stores of People creating buzz
about the relaunch of the brand.

• A makeover corner will be created for
the men & women to get a makeover
with STYLE.
• The makeover will transform their
looks to classy celebrities
48. ROBERTO NARAIN
• Roberto's musical credentials are
impressive. He has been playing the
drums for close to thirty years now and has
performed in a variety of styles on stages
across India and the world. Roberto has
worked with musicians such as L.
Subramaniam and Konarak Reddy, and his
Carnatic music studies with T.A.S. Mani of
the Karnataka College of Percussion have
added depth and richness to his drumming.
His solo performances on the Roland V-
Drums, the first of which was 'Sounds from
My Mind', have given audiences a chance to
experience the delights of textual
drumming enhanced by eye-catching
visuals. Roberto is currently the brand
ambassador for Roland, Japan.
49. Live Banned
Live Banned is a concept. Live Banned is about entertainment. The band’s originals and medleys are
popular for their humour that is sometimes intelligent and at other times atrocious. The
performances are bold, flamboyant and energetic, influenced by South Indian music, Bollywood,
Disco, Pop, Rock and Metal. The band satirises, restructures and twists popular music across genres
and languages that appeals to everyone, from the man on the street to an audience from the
corporate world.

50. Sand Artist
• A sand artist can come up with the story of PEOPLE brand.
51. 3D Projection Mapping
Projection mapping, also known
as video mapping and spatial
augmented reality, is
a projection technology used to
turn objects, often irregularly
shaped, into a display surface
for video projection. Using a
story board, we will open the
event with a mind boggling
graphic display.
53. Fashion at club
• Usually at club you have
footfall of around 1k people,
the agency can organise
fashion show at places like
Bowring club, Kormangala
club, Catholic club etc.…
• The fashion can be classified
by different category such as
men, women & children wear.

Can conduct led activities at stores and the participants get t-shirt or giveaway from the
store.

During the relaunch of PEOPLE we can
invite the celebrity or brand
ambassador to pay visit at stores. This
will not just bring footfall to the stores,
but also brings the youth to follow
their style hence the style at PEOPLE.

Bangalore during launch and
schedule a press launch. The
fashion designer can speak on
the brand.
61. Roadshow
• We can have a complete PEOPLE store
in a fabricated canter, and display their
various range of clothes.
• Aim is to target prospect TG area and
creating awareness.
• Conduct spot quiz & games to have
customer interaction.
• Winners to receive vouchers or excited
gifts which leads them to closest
outlet (to drive footfall).
62. News paper inserts
Agency to insert leaflets/Pamplets of
PEOPLE Store offers/Discount schemes
in daily Newspapers which gets
circulated in the city .
Area/Location of the circulation can be
chosen by the client and agency to
ensure these insertion to reach all the
Households.
This activity can be carried twice in a
week for the Brand and offers recall .
63. Mall Activations
• We can conduct a fashion show at the
mall bring awareness about the relaunch
of the brand people.
• Can setup a booth or kiosk and
conducting emcee led games of
activities.

Agency to place Promoters wearing LED Boards
with PEOPLE store Branding from evening 4pm –
9pm for one week who would be walking in &
around the People Store. ( 3- 4km radius of the
store )
Also we can have the same sort of activity in
front of shopping Malls, Corporates , High
Footfalls areas of the city .
These promoters to approach the TG and
distribute leaflets with PEOPLE store
offers/schemes etc.… and guide the customers
towards local People.
66. Sandwich man
Promoters to be deployed with branded boards.
Each promoter to have 2 boards (Front and
back with a strap in between)promoters to walk
around giving out flyer.
Advantages:
Creating a huge buzz about People store.
Touching base with the TG.
Creating awareness about the brand in
happening and hang out spots of the city.
67. Door to Door Activation
The idea here is to deploy/tie up branded PEOPLE Balloon’s and a Branded bag consisting of
Redemption/discount coupons , offers etc.. in each household gates/ colony/society’s near.
Promoters to start deploying the same in the above mentioned TG Place by early morning 4:30
AM on the activity day, as when the TG starts his days , only views and feel PEOEPLE store
Branding across him and in his surrounding area/locality.
68. School Engagement Activation
• Agency to procure permissions of A+,A and B+
schools in all the near by catchment area of
PEOPLE Stores around the city .
• Agency to conduct a drawing competition for
kids between 4th std – 8th std.
• Agency to distribute the Drawing sheets on
the day of the activity in the school and also
inform the TG to Please visit the nearest
PEOPLE store on a specified day to know the
result of the competition along with their
furnished paintings.
