Senior Software Test Consultant
After a short LoadRunner project, I performed an evaluation and plan for establishing a Performance Test Center of
Excellence for a major payroll services corporation. Working with SOASTA, the primary contractor, to help assess
current capabilities and create a project plan for implementation of the CoE for presentation to senior executives.
My second project has been working with a major manufacturer to improve their performance test capabilities :
originally in the area of deploying the analysis capabilities of the HP LoadRunner tool. Identified fundamental
problems in the results that pointed to how they are running the tests that effectively render the results of very low
value: fixed problems along with advocacy in the project teams to motivate the cooperation necessary for successful
deployment. Currently assumed responsibility for performance engineering efforts for this project. Picked up
additional project work for Citrix ICA client and other web protocol applications.

Senior Systems Performance Test Engineer / ClearCase Specialist
Selected following competitive application process to develop and execute LoadRunner systems performance
testing of large corporate IT systems. Additionally, managed all facets of load test development from initial data
gathering, to script development, testing, and analysis. Filled down times with evaluation of CM systems for new
Corporate IT initiative that assisted developers with setup, client installation, and evaluation of ClearCase.
• Recruited to serve on a small, elite team of senior LoadRunner specialists who were responsible for all aspects of
load testing – a requirement of the IT Department release tollgates.
• Skillfully utilized extensive experiences in installation and configuration of rack-mounted server class load
