This was my least favorite as well as effective commercial for me from this year s
Super Bowl ads. It starts off with a bunch of body builders running led by Danica
Patrick, the race car driver who s wearing a black and neon green top and shorts
muscle suit running towards a spray tan salon. She knocks on the window of the
salon and the ad ends with the punch line, it s go time.
First of all the commercial was too short, I thought it was teaser and it felt like an
incomplete ad. Didn t really understand the ad and had to watch it repeatedly to
understand what the advertiser were trying to say. Basically, the ad ends with
owner of the spray salon saying, it s go time, while spraying a little orange puff of
tanning solution. This commercial is targeting smart small business owners and the
goal of this ad is to increase awareness for GoDaddy s web hosting services.
I hosted the Super Bowl party this year and most my friends thought it was the

Alzheimer s disease (AD) is a disease that slowly and progressively causes memory
impairment. It will eventually inhibit abilities, such as language, planning, and
perception. AD is prevalent in individuals with Down syndrome (DS), a condition
where those affected had acquired three additional chromosome 21 before birth

No Child Left Behind
There have been many efforts made by the U.S government to reform our public
school education system. In the year 2002, a law promoted by George W. Bush
required public schools to provide demographics on each one of their students. With
this system in place, it ensures that no child enrolled is neglected from this system.
The No Child Left Behind law is a disadvantage to our public school system. Even
though this act was put in place to aid our students, it is ultimately crippling them.
Children with learning disabilities are required to take standardized tests to comply

schools to provide a top quality education to students who are often overseen in
America s public education system. Including students with disabilities, children
from low income families and non English speakers, as well as all other ethnicities.
For the first time in U.S. history, educational progress is tracked separately and
required to be shown for each ethnic group in each school, rather than one average
for an entire school. Previously, to prove progress, schools could focus on increasing
test scores or related data for a small, bright group of students to bring up the average,
rather than ensuring that all students are given an equal opportunity at a world class
education. This new law was supposed to close the achievement gap and set higher
standard for the overall population of the students. But results have shown that
dropout rates have increased tremendously because students are overwhelmed with an
over rated state standardized test. Teachers are obligated to teach the content required

Refugees And Human Rights Law
Refugee law is closely related to international human rights law, and some would
consider it to be a branch of human rights law.
Refugee law has been an important issue for countries everywhere. Refugees can
be seen as a burden to most countries prior to World War II when every state had
their borders open to home thousands. The first part of this paper will look at the
prime legislation available to refugees. The second part will focus more closely on
the relevant case law over time in regards to refugees and human rights.
Refugees are protected by two primary legislation at the international level, the first
being the 1951 Convention relating to the Status of Refugees and the 1967
Protocol Relating to the Status of Refugees. These two combined provided the
most protection for refuges but was only followed by countries who had signed
both at the time. This is of key importance as this effected how refugees were being
treated when they entered into nation states when fleeing for their safety. Refugees
by definition are victims of human rights violations . Under the 1951 Refugee
Convention a refugee is defined as to any person and owing to a well founded fear
of being persecuted for reasons of race, religion, nationality, membership of a
particular social group or political opinion, is outside the country of his nationality
and is unable or, owing to such fear, is unwilling to avail himself of the protection of
that country .
