Kant provides us with these ethical guidelines however there are cases in medicine
which illustrate that a physician s expertise allows him to see that following a
patient s autonomous decision may lead to further suffering causing the health
professional to take a paternalistic course of action. This ethical problem has lead
me to investigate whether medical practice should uphold Kant s categorical
imperative, and if not where should we search for a way forward? I intend to analyse
Kant s ethics to see where its strengths and weaknesses lie when applied to the

Throughout the semester, I worked at Central Community School District 301 in
the information technology department and worked on many different projects.
This experience was very impactful because it taught things that classes have a
hard time doing or and not able to teach at all. Working in an enterprise

teacher and student use, and creating and updating different automation task that

first projects was for me to make a program that took a picture from a camera
renamed it to a normalized name convention and then move it to the correct
directory, so that a ID printing software could select the correct picture to print it
on the ID. When I first received this project I was thinking, this will be easy
because it was just like I did in CSCI 330, UNIX and Network Programming. The
only problem was that it had to run on a Windows server and not Linux. Pythonwas
already installed on the server for another task, so my manager said that I could use

This is report is about the reactions of personal space when invaded. A total of 20
strangers were tested to see how different genders and ages react to strangers
coming to close. The experiment took place in Woden plaza where a student stood
behind a subject and watched there reaction from the closeness. It was found that
60% of the subjects did react to the close proximities. This reports also shows
different theories to why people act the way they do when they feel violated.

Participants
This experience consisted of 20 subjects from Woden plaza varying of age and gender
. It also included one student who was going to conduct the experiment.
Materials
The Materials that were used to measure the experiment where a pen and paper to
record the reactions of the subjects being tested, and the subjects themselves.
Procedure
The participants that were going to test the subjects, rode an escalator up and down
and stood behind someone and waited until the person noticed they were there then
the subject waited until off the escalator and noted what happened. This happened
with all 20 people.
