The present study aim was a descriptive study to assess the level of knowledge on preventive measures of osteoarthritis among old age people at urban area. A quantitative research approach and quasi experimental research design have adopted for the present study. 50 samples were selected by the who are satisfied with inclusion criteria, they were selected by purposive sampling technique. Covid 19 infection around the world is a huge challenge. The quarantine we are experiencing because of covid 19 has forced people from many parts of the globe to lead unexpected lives. Our study included 1635 records from 159 hospitals in 57 countries, collected between Nov 1, 2018, and Jan 31, 2020. 328 (20%) records were from countries in the very high HDI tier, 539 (33%) from countries in the high HDI tier, 614 (38%) from countries in the medium HDI tier, and 154 (9%) from countries in the low HDI tier. The median age was 35 years (IQR 24–51), with the oldest patients in the very high HDI tier (median 54 years, IQR 34–69) and the youngest in the low HDI tier (median 28 years, IQR 20–38). The most common procedures were elevation of a depressed skull fracture in the low HDI tier (69 [45%]), evacuation of a supratentorial extradural haematoma in the medium HDI tier (189 [31%]) and high HDI tier (173 [32%]), and evacuation of a supratentorial acute subdural haematoma in the very high HDI tier (155 [47%]). Median time from injury to surgery was 13 h (IQR 6–32). Overall mortality was 18% (299 of 1635). After adjustment for casemix, the odds of mortality were greater in the medium HDI tier (odds ratio [OR] 2·84, 95% CI 1·55–5·2) and high HDI tier (2·26, 1·23–4·15), but not the low HDI tier (1·66, 0·61–4·46), relative to the very high HDI tier. There was significant between-hospital variation in mortality (median OR 2·04, 95% CI 1·17–2·49).

These vesicles rupture and for crust. The crust is honey colored with a presentation of bullous or non-bullous. The risk factors in developing impetigo are being exposed to humind environment , insect bites, minor cuts and poor hygiene. Non-bullous vesicles are 1 to 2mm in diameter that rupture and form a honey colored crust. These wound often time weep and present as red colored shallow ulcerations. These are common on the patients mouth, face, nose,eyes. They can arise from insect bites or trauma. Bullous type most common in newborn babies presented on their diaper area or neck folds. These infections if left untreated may become systemin infections such as sepsis (Moes-Wójtowicz, Wachnicka-Bąk, Agnieszka Opałka,Kalicki, Jung,2015). These vesicles are fluid filled blisters that become limp and then burst open. Upon assessment of the patient history and chief complaint I will assess for risks mentioned above and see if the patient has any of these risks. Second, I will identify if the vesicles are as described above. If the patient meets criteria, I will then swab the area for culture. As one of the most important branches of Artificial Intelligence is the expert systems, Expert systems are application oriented; it is also a computer application that solves complicated problems that would otherwise require extensive human expertise. Cancer is the uncontrolled growth and spread of cells. It can affect almost any part of the body. The growths often invade surrounding tissue and can metastasize to distant sites. It can be detected earlier than usual either when an individual recognizes symptoms and then quickly consults and is diagnosed by a physician or through the application of a screening test, aimed at diagnosing pre-cancerous changes or cancer itself in generally asymptomatic individuals. The aim of this project is to design and implement a web based expert system for the early determination of cancer in patients. For the development of expert system, free e2gLite expert system building tool (shell) implemented as a Java applet was applied which is equipped with an inference mechanism and a knowledge base, and the web interface was developed with the use of HTML. The system asks questions of the user to elicit the information needed in order to recommend or give final result based on the user input and uses IF-THEN rules to represent knowledge.

Running head: LITERATURE REVIEW 1 LITERATURE REVIEW 6 Literature Review Student’s name: Vladimir Andino University affiliation: GCU Date: 02/25/19 Literature Review Introduction Pressure ulcers, also known as bedsores or decubitus ulcers are injuries which to the skin and the underlying tissues which result from too much pressure on the skin. There are different risk factors for pressure ulcers which are very crucial in determining the type of treatment or prevention to be administered to a patient. This includes poor mobility, poor blood flow, poor nutritional status, the patient support surfaces, age, and neuropathy among others. For each of these risk factors, there are different interventions which can be used by healthcare professionals to prevent and treat pressure ulcers. The purpose of this essay is to evaluate how different research questions can be developed focusing on the risk factor of poor nutritional status. Whereas the PICOT statement outlines the interest areas of this research, this report will analyze important components of different PICOT research questions. Comparison of research questions Poor nutrition is a significant risk factor for pressure ulcers. Even though there are a few researches which support this argument, the lack of proper nutrition increases the risk of patients developing pressure ulcers (Frykberg, & Banks, 2015). Based on evidence from credible sources, there are two distinct research questions which can be developed to investigate the relationship between nutrition and prevalence of pressure ulcers. The first question is whether providing necessary nutritional requirements to patients reduces their risk of developing pressure ulcers. The second question is whether providing additional nutritional supplementation to patients with pressure ulcers improve healing. The first question relates directly to the PICOT statement and focuses on establishing whether the provision of certain nutrients to patients will prevent the incidence of the condition. As such this research would only be viable for patients who don’t have pressure ulcers. The second question, on the other hand, investigates whether enhancing the nutritional intake of patients helps in treating pressure ulcers. According to the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (2014), there are different nutrients which are known to enhance pressure ulcer repair through collagen formation and development of connective tissue. These nutrients include vitamin C, protein, and zinc. This research is viable for patients who already have pressure ulcers. Even though each of these research questions aims at investigating the impact on nutrition on the prevalence of the condition, the second research question would be more effective.
