2. One of the most critical problems to deal with to convert
INDIA into a developed nation.
More than a dozen causes but the three main causes are :
CHILD LABOUR POOR HEALTH CARE CHILD ABUSE
By a law introduced in
2006 no child under 14
years should work but
the problem is
enforcement . More
than 12 million
children work in India
according to official
figures but it is well
above 60 million
according to NGO’s.
The number of girls
involved is no less.
About 27 million children are
born in INDIA each year . But
nearly 2 million of them do not
live to the age of five . A major
reason is malnourishment.
Immunization is very low
according to world standards.
79% of the children under 3
years have ANAEMIA. Half of
the children have reduced
learning capacity due to iodine
deficiency.
2/3rd of the children are
victims of physical abuse.
Majority of them are
beaten in schools & over
half of them have to work
seven days a week. Over
50% have faced some kind
of sexual abuse, & over
20% of them severe abuse.
Half of children also face
emotional abuse.

develop schools of high standard
like private school in cities
Teaching in schools should be high class and in English
Every child below the age of 14 and falling below poverty line should
be provided free education.
5. •Providing Education especially PRIMARY is the sole
responsibility of the government & should be undertaken by
them.
•Special identity cards for children under 14 years should be
made which should be applicable in any of the government
schools.
• The education provided is free but must be based on some
of the leading boards for education.
•Teachers should be well efficient to teach in a better way
than today.
6. We children are in danger
We children chew and eat khat.
They are recruiting babies and pupils as soldiers.
Fighting factions are subjecting us to hell and great burden.
If we come to you tonight, Mr. Minister, to narrate our children’s plight,
For the sake of the almighty God and the national flag,
Help us in guiding our children and assist us in a meaningful way.
