 This is more cost effective than having an a dedicated resource internally with the
systems and support
 10% commission is payable to the Agency for each sign-up
What do they get?
1. We meet with your client and understand there business and service offering and
assign an Inbound Marketing executive
2. We set-up up a dedicated sales telephone number for your clients business
3. We put a special monitoring tool on the clients website that allows us to track all
movements and hits generated by your marketing activity
4. We set-up a dedicated CRM system to store all your clients sales leads from
inbound telephone enquiries and web leads
5. For all sales leads we will arrange a call to action based on your client
requirements to process the lead i.e. follow up email/arrange an appointment hot
key to client
6. We will also monitor your inbound web traffic and stream them based on the
activity then call prospective customers to turn them into an appointment
7. We send a weekly report of all activity and record all calls for you client to listen
to and give them access to a cloud based CRM system
What is Included for the Monthly Fee
A Dedicated Company Number
Receive up to 50 inbound calls per month
1 eShot per month from existing CRM data
Monitor Web traffic & follow up
Candii Web Tracking tool included (normally £199 per month)
Cloud based CRM system with remote access – (normally £45 per month)
Make up to 10 sales appointments per month based on in-bound activity
calling up to 6 times to get the appointment
Weekly prospects/pipeline report
All calls recorded and saved
Total £499

  • 6. What do they get? 1. We meet with your client and understand there business and service offering and assign an Inbound Marketing executive 2. We set-up up a dedicated sales telephone number for your clients business 3. We put a special monitoring tool on the clients website that allows us to track all movements and hits generated by your marketing activity 4. We set-up a dedicated CRM system to store all your clients sales leads from inbound telephone enquiries and web leads 5. For all sales leads we will arrange a call to action based on your client requirements to process the lead i.e. follow up email/arrange an appointment hot key to client 6. We will also monitor your inbound web traffic and stream them based on the activity then call prospective customers to turn them into an appointment 7. We send a weekly report of all activity and record all calls for you client to listen to and give them access to a cloud based CRM system

What is Included for the Monthly Fee A Dedicated Company Number Receive up to 50 inbound calls per month 1 eShot per month from existing CRM data Monitor Web traffic & follow up Candii Web Tracking tool included (normally £199 per month) Cloud based CRM system with remote access – (normally £45 per month) Make up to 10 sales appointments per month based on in-bound activity calling up to 6 times to get the appointment Weekly prospects/pipeline report All calls recorded and saved Total £499
