As a CO, the brokerage monitors its agents using MGP, helps grow agents' referral networks, and benefits from increased transactions. CO membership provides marketing support, a recruiting website, agent coaching, and resources to help agents partner with inactive or retiring agents to generate referrals for the brokerage. COs can control their local referral market and keep transactions within the office by offering agents a retirement program and referral prospecting tool. Membership costs $599 annually and includes training, marketing, and lead generation for the brokerage and its agents.

business, as well as a recruiting and retention tool for AFA’s. CO’s monitor the activities of their
agents, work with MGP to grow and build each members referral team, supports MGP’s coaching
and training initiatives and benefits from the increased number of transactions created from their
affiliation with MGP.
