A Certified Office (CO) is a real estate brokerage that partners with MyGreenParachute (MGP) to provide agents an exit strategy and referral network. As a CO, the brokerage monitors its agents using MGP, helps grow agents' referral networks, and benefits from increased transactions. CO membership provides marketing support, a recruiting website, agent coaching, and resources to help agents partner with inactive or retiring agents to generate referrals for the brokerage. COs can control their local referral market and keep transactions within the office by offering agents a retirement program and referral prospecting tool. Membership costs $599 annually and includes training, marketing, and lead generation for the brokerage and its agents.
