One of the first steps we took to formalizing our Partner Program was researching and composing legal documentation that protects the Partners’ trade secrets and contacts.
- We then set out to build an incredible Program that would enhance the way IT consultants and managed service providers do business. Allow me to summarize some of the benefits: Let’s start with talent - All of our Partners have on-demand access to our certified, on-staff engineers. And, all of our Partners also have access to quick, effective, and domestic customer service in the event of simultaneous failures. Next, let’s talk about process - We understand that no two businesses work the same. Thus, all of our Partners will be able to create custom escalation and support paths. Finally, there is the possibility of white labeling - Our staff will perform a variety of IT services as an extension of your brand. Our sales and marketing approach is available to help your business grow. Oh, and one last thing … as a Partner,you will receive between 10 and 20% margin on every services dollar your customer spends, and that’s not even including your additional markup.
- These are truly amazing benefits! But that was way too much, way too fast! I think one of the most important benefits for Partners to understand is the white labeling of our IT services. Can you provide more insight into this process?
- You’re right - let me elaborate. White labeling IT services allows Aventis Systems’ staff to seamlessly represent our Partners to their customers. By representing our Partners, our skilled engineers enhance the breadth and depth of our Partners’ skillset.
- With more talent at our Partners’ disposal, they accomplish quicker project completion, earn higher customer satisfaction ratings, and score superior reviews from their customers.
- These exclusive metrics allow the Partner to charge higher rates, earn repeat business, and receive referrals through word of mouth. However, this is not the only white labeling our Partner Program offers. Tiffany, I think it’s best if you would share our sales and marketing white labeling approach.
- Of course! On the sales front, we provide custom pre-sales consultations. By involving Aventis Systems’ pre-sales engineers in their sales process, our Partners receive training on how to sell the services themselves, and thereafter, will begin closing larger deals.
- On the marketing front, we can create custom marketing materials, including flyers, posters, branded sales kits, and email campaigns. This is all done at cost which means we will execute any creative and development work for free; the Partners just foot the bill for any print production, if there is any.
- These sales and marketing services are invaluable to smaller IT shops who are focused on serving customers. We have seen that the majority of these organizations tend to neglect sales and marketing best practices, so we wanted to assist in bolstering their business with these professional services.
