Mal de Debarquement Syndrome (MdDS) is a rare neurological disorder when one feels a persistent perception of rocking and swaying. It generally appears after being exposed to massive motion - such as being on a ship. It is thought during this period of travel, the brain sensities to the rocking motion. Once back on solid ground the brain fails to readjust. I have had MdDS since December 2012. The impact on my life has been significant.
