The school is planning for the upcoming 2014-2015 school year and is requesting that families indicate if their children will be returning, are unsure about returning, or withdrawing. Families must complete and return the re-enrollment form by March 14th, 2014 to secure their child's spot for the new school year. Additionally, a non-refundable re-enrollment deposit of 21,000,000 VND per student is required to be paid by the due date on the debit note to guarantee a seat for the upcoming year.

Dear Parents and Guardians,
As is customary at this time of year, the school is engaged in detailed planning for the 2014-2015 school year. A
significant element in this planning is understanding student retention across the school. Therefore, it is
important for us to ascertain as soon as possible which students will be returning to ISHCMC in August 2014.
Your response must be returned to the school on the attached re-enrollment form to begin securing your place for
the new school year.
The attached re-enrollment form will need to be completed by all families for each student indicating one of the
following options:
• Returning
• Unsure
• Withdrawing
Please complete and return to the school by Friday 14th March, 2014.

Payment of Re-enrollment Deposit – by the due date on debit note
ISHCMC requires payment of a compulsory, non-refundable re-enrollment deposit of 21,000,000 VND per
student, which will guarantee retention of a seat for the 2014-2015 school year. A debit note for the re-enrollment
deposit will be sent by email to you and will need to be paid by the due date to ensure the place is secured. The
re-enrollment deposit is then deducted from your annual tuition fee invoice.
Withdrawal Forms
If you are withdrawing, your child(ren), please submit the completed withdrawal form (attached) to the
Admissions Office as early as possible to ensure sufficient time for the preparation of a leaving transcript/school
reports/statement of attendance and any other transfer documentation that you may require.
The withdrawal form can be submitted either by hand delivery, mail or email attachment to one the following
email addresses:
