3. • The way that I would like to frame my magazine is having my dominant image as the main key by featuring overlapping the main headline to
show that it is the main article as a whole.
• A banner headline will feature over the dominant image to show that there is more to the magazine rather than just that one main article
as this will keep my audience almost in the loop on what is happening
• A puff will be featured to show that I care for my audience by featuring competitions to win stuff as this attracts the audience as It almost
implies that they are getting something back rather than just buying the magazine.
• A limited colour palette will be used to create professional look and to show that it is well thought through as a whole.

4. Within the layout of my magazine I would like it
feature almost the same content on how a typical
multi-varity magazine will be featured. For example
the layout of magazines like MOJO or Q magazine as
they feature it different for the type of article/genre
that they are focusing on.
Stereotypically I would like my magazine to
follow the codes and conventions of a typical
magazine as I would like it to appeal to my
initial audience. For my front cover I would
like for it to stick to a limited colour palette
and strict scheme as I want it to look almost
professional. For my contents page I like how
MOJO is layout as it is very short and simple
and not a lot of detail on which this is what
my target audience would like and a less
sophisticated text which the audience would
like to imply as a whole. For my double page
spread the layout of the lady gaga on is very
inspirational as it captures a dominant image
and also her initial which implies to the
audience.

5. • I want my model to represented in a certain way and as my magazine is a multi-
varity magazine I need my model to feature in something for every genre.
Hair:
• I would like my model to feature either some of up hairstyle as it is off her face so I
can concentrate more on her makeup and clothing rather than focusing on her hair.
These are some ideas that I think I would like my model to have:

3. Messy bun
Makeup:
• I want my model to almost have a traditional/ classic make-up look as I want it to
inspire all types of genre this also creates the illusion that I can fit to any style of
clothing rather than featuring a load of different makeup looks and later on
confusing the audience

Clothing:
• I want my model to as well fit the criteria of a multivarity magazine as I want it to
establish how thought through it is and how I would like them to be positioned.

Position:
• I would like my model to be positioned in a few certain ways to create a
professional look within my magazine and to almost represent everything I have
detailed within those few shots

Lighting:
The use of natural lighting will be used to focus on all the main elements of a good
image as I want it to feature the highlights naturally rather than staged by using 3 point
lighting.

6. How formal is the text?
My magazine will range from formal and
informal text with the use of colloquial
language to make it more conversational
rather than a typical magazine.
By using a range of formality within the
text shows that it has a professional
effect within the magazine as it
represents something that the
audience is actually wanting to listen to
rather than something that they don’t
this draws in the attention that is
wanted within the magazine.
What is the purpose of the text?
The purpose of the text is that it shows the audience
about what is happening in that celebrity's life and
how they are featured in certain ways.
The text shows the audience the features and
context that is happening within the magazine.
However it also attracts the audience in by featuring
bands/ singers that they are interested in rather than
what they are not.
How will the text differ in each article?
To keep my audience involved and interested in
my magazine the type of text will differ within
each article, as it may be the font used or the
formality of the text to keep up with everyone's
need so that the magazine will provide for
everyone.
How will I keep my target audience?
To maintain my target audience and to suit
there needs I produced a questionnaire
which provided questions to answer what
people would like to see within the
magazine and how they would want it to be
presented.
