My role in in this a/c is Senior Delivery Manager for Network Inventory applications which has
activities such as Transition, Maintenance, Enhancement and production support. My role here is to
co-ordinate with the delivery managers and Geo partners to complete the agreed delivery process
for projects as per directed releases. Had supported and managed multiple projects/teams.
Responsible for costing, budgeting, project estimates, resource management, across different
projects.

providers. This allows employees to select benefits according to their needs. The employee benefits
are administered by Gissings, UK.
The TDC SafetyNET program supports a child-centered approach to local preventative strategies,
ensuring early identification of need and timely interventions to meet children and young people’s
needs. ‘SafetyNET’ support this, which enables sharing of information between agencies that provide
support to children, young people and their families. The aim is that children are prevented from
‘falling through the net’ of service provision and support needs are met as early as possible to
prevent escalation of vulnerability.
As a Project Manager, I was responsible for interfacing with the client and offshore teams to
provide support of applications, staffing resources and gaining new business across multiple
application areas for a team of about 80 resources split across multiple geographies (US, India and
UK). Responsible for managing application development, testing and production support onshore
and offshore teams.
