customers to associate with the brand and spread the usage
of the same.
• Managed the Lifebuoy.com global rollout, making its
presence felt to the entire world and spreading the word of

• Successfully managed the Global Hand washing day (GHD)
for Lifebuoy.com brand, enabling millions of people across

Achievement • We won the best project award in Sapient for this and a
very big applause from the customer i.e. CVS
pharmacy. We helped them to surge ahead of their
nearest competitors in flu vaccination.

o Service Delivery Manager for Paperless customs and excise – Jul’09 to
May’10, Ministry of Finance, Government of Belgium.
o Achievement:
When IBM took over the support of PLDA application, there was a big
challenge as this application was facing flak from EU authorities and
traders. We streamlined the process of service delivery for this big
application and ensured a support process that made Belgian
authorities to stand in awe of IBM’s capabilities. The stability of the
application went a long way in establishing the faith of traders in
digital application.
o Project Manager & Project Lead for Number Management Systems and Non-
Core FX Customizations – Aug’06 to June’09, Bharti Airtel.
o Achievement:
Successfully scoped, developed and rolled out the wide array of
applications under one umbrella, integrated seamlessly with CRM,
Order Management and other telecom backend systems.
This resulted in Unified and better customer service and billing
experience for Airtel consumers, leading to lower churn rate.
