Cases study
By:Naseem abu hawash
Case one:
Mane type of fracture is uncommon and
alsosome type of fracture is not ease to
fuse
Here we will discuss two type of fracture
which take greet time to treat and in the
same time not ease to occur
First: lesser trochanter fracture
1-Type of isolation fracture
Isolated fracture caused by direct trauma is
rare because of the anatomical location of
the lesser trochanter which is protected
anteriorly and posteriorly by large muscular
masses
2-Isolated lesser trochanter fracture has
been reported in athletic teenagers
Diagnosis and treatment
Diagnosis is based on radiographic
ascertainment, obtained with the thigh in
extra-rotation,
Nonsurgical treatment with the limb resting in
flexion, further confirmed by the case
presented in this study, still remains the
treatment of choice in most cases, obtaining
excellent functional results.
The authors believe that it was of interest to
report this clinical case because of the
rareness of the pathology observed and
because of the specific features of its
etiology.

with multiple trauma in right lower
lump.
The order: Ap projection for hip joint
Case two: clavicle fracture or
broken collar bone
1- is not a common type of fracrure
2- usually transvers fracture
not ease to treat
Descreption:
The clavicle is long bone and most broke occure in the
middle
Causes : caused by direct blow to
the shoulder
A broken collarbone can be caused
by trauma (sports injuries, car
accidents, falls, etc.), genetically
weak bones, or illness such as
osteoporosis or cancer. The clavicle
of a newborn may break during
delivery.
Sympoms :
1- sagging shoulder
2- inabilite to left arm
3- bruising , swelling
4- sensitivity for any attach
Symptoms of a fractured collarbone
include a pop or click sound and
feeling when the collarbone breaks,
followed by sharp pain. The area will
hurt when the arm is moved. The skin
over the break may bulge outward,
and there may be bruising.
treatment
The focus of treatment of middle third
fractures remains nonoperative,
although evidence is mounting, in
support of operative treatment for
displaced midshaft clavicle fractures.
Management of medial clavicle
fractures also has remained
nonoperative

:Case three
some traumatic injuries can trigger
cracking or breaking of the bones.
Twisting or bending of bones at the odd
angles or the collision with the hard
surface leads to breaking or cracking
of bones.
Injuries due to collisions or fall are the
common causes of bone fractures
Cause
Causes of Impacted Fracture:
Injuries caused by collisions, falls or any
other accident are the primary causes
of impacted fracture
