About Us
Rendon & Associates, LLC was formed in 2014 with the forward vision of
bringing a new level of innovation, determination, and integrity to the
commercial construction and development industry.
We believe in establishing strong, lasting relationships with our clients,
consultants, contractors, local authorities, and utility providers. We strive
to determine understanding of all parties’ needs and responsibilities
through open, two-way, communications. This proven strategy ensures
accuracy in project planning, seamless logistics, and timely delivery.

• Construction
Drake Builders is the General Contracting component of Rendon & Associates, LLC. Drake Builders is prepared to offer standard
AIA contract documents, planning, surveying/platting, design, engineering, permit expediting, HSE audit/management, utility
and infrastructure delivery, budget controls, schedule improvement, field supervision, inspections, and delivery.
• Development & Investment
Rendon & Associates is actively seeking out unique and prominent development opportunities throughout Texas. A variety of
settings can be obtained including Joint Ventures, Build-to-Suits, Leased Facilities, and Distressed Acquisition.
Rendon & Associates provides ambitious attention and involvement in every aspect of a development—from concept to
delivery.
Rendon & Associates’ goal is to provide a strong return on investment for our stakeholders and to deliver unprecedented
quality of product to our users within firm project parameters and schedule commitments.
• Management
Rendon & Associates provides third-party Construction Management services. We encourage owner involvement, and this
component of our service offerings allows for clients to have knowledgeable oversight of their selected general contractor or to
operate as the general contractor while our team manages the project—liability, surveying/platting, design, engineering,
permitting, utilities, infrastructure, budgets, schedules, field efforts, and delivery.
Owner Bio
Joshua Rendon, a Houston native and tenured construction veteran, is an
honors graduate of the University of Houston. Josh holds a BS in
Organizational Leadership and Supervision, with a minor in Logistics and
Supply Chain Technology, and certification in Corporate Entrepreneurship.
As an industrious and eager youth, Josh worked weekends and summers in the
commercial and residential HVAC business with his father and relatives. His
entry into construction project management in 2006 was with Patina Metals,
Inc., which provided a unique foundation of technical and fundamental skills
through the installation of ornate custom steel structures and aesthetics in
some of the most prominent areas of Houston. In the summer of 2007, Josh
joined The National Realty Group, Inc., for a summer internship in brokerage
and development. At the end of his internship, he joined the in-house
construction company BNC Construction, LP as their first superintendent and
soon thereafter, Project Manager and Vice President. BNC provided a vast
array of experiences in project management of industrial, medical, office,
distribution, retail, and education construction. After 6+ years with BNC, Josh
joined McCord Development, Inc., as their lead Project Manager of Generation
Park, a 4,000 acre mixed-use commercial development, directly managing the
construction of public roadways, utility infrastructure, and regional detention,
making over 800 acres shovel ready. His responsibilities also included
coordination efforts with local jurisdictions for Capital Improvement Projects
and with a Fortune 500 client for their construction efforts on a 10-campus
consolidation and a corporate headquarters developed on 173 acres.
Through each opportunity, Josh has gained a wealth of knowledge and
experience while establishing relationships with his team members,
consultants, contractors, local authorities, and utility providers. He also enjoys
time with his family and friends and is an avid traveler, golfer, hunter,
fisherman, Texas BBQ competition cooker, and sports fan.

About Us Rendon & Associates, LLC was formed in 2014 with the forward vision of bringing a new level of innovation, determination, and integrity to the commercial construction and development industry.   • 3. Services • Construction Drake Builders is the General Contracting component of Rendon & Associates, LLC. Drake Builders is prepared to offer standard AIA contract documents, planning, surveying/platting, design, engineering, permit expediting, HSE audit/management, utility and infrastructure delivery, budget controls, schedule improvement, field supervision, inspections, and delivery. • Development & Investment Rendon & Associates is actively seeking out unique and prominent development opportunities throughout Texas. A variety of settings can be obtained including Joint Ventures, Build-to-Suits, Leased Facilities, and Distressed Acquisition. Rendon & Associates provides ambitious attention and involvement in every aspect of a development—from concept to delivery. Rendon & Associates’ goal is to provide a strong return on investment for our stakeholders and to deliver unprecedented quality of product to our users within firm project parameters and schedule commitments. • Management Rendon & Associates provides third-party Construction Management services. We encourage owner involvement, and this component of our service offerings allows for clients to have knowledgeable oversight of their selected general contractor or to operate as the general contractor while our team manages the project—liability, surveying/platting, design, engineering, permitting, utilities, infrastructure, budgets, schedules, field efforts, and delivery.
  • 4. Owner Bio Joshua Rendon, a Houston native and tenured construction veteran, is an honors graduate of the University of Houston. Josh holds a BS in Organizational Leadership and Supervision, with a minor in Logistics and Supply Chain Technology, and certification in Corporate Entrepreneurship. As an industrious and eager youth, Josh worked weekends and summers in the commercial and residential HVAC business with his father and relatives. His entry into construction project management in 2006 was with Patina Metals, Inc., which provided a unique foundation of technical and fundamental skills through the installation of ornate custom steel structures and aesthetics in some of the most prominent areas of Houston. In the summer of 2007, Josh joined The National Realty Group, Inc., for a summer internship in brokerage and development. At the end of his internship, he joined the in-house construction company BNC Construction, LP as their first superintendent and soon thereafter, Project Manager and Vice President. BNC provided a vast array of experiences in project management of industrial, medical, office, distribution, retail, and education construction. After 6+ years with BNC, Josh joined McCord Development, Inc., as their lead Project Manager of Generation Park, a 4,000 acre mixed-use commercial development, directly managing the construction of public roadways, utility infrastructure, and regional detention, making over 800 acres shovel ready. His responsibilities also included coordination efforts with local jurisdictions for Capital Improvement Projects and with a Fortune 500 client for their construction efforts on a 10-campus consolidation and a corporate headquarters developed on 173 acres. Through each opportunity, Josh has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience while establishing relationships with his team members, consultants, contractors, local authorities, and utility providers. He also enjoys time with his family and friends and is an avid traveler, golfer, hunter, fisherman, Texas BBQ competition cooker, and sports fan.
