A British managed company who initially arrived in Cebu City 1991 to repair a
badly fire damaged refrigerated Cargo vessel, the aftermath of typhoon
ruping, a job carried out for the insurance company Lloyds of London and
after five months the ship was successfully repairs.
After which the owner wished to settle down in Cebu after traveling the world
for over 25 years, a specialist in consulting, repairing various types technical
problems.
Starting out on a brand new venture, he used his many skills and knowledge,
to train local personnel in the art of customer satisfaction, and quality since
1991 the company eventually branched out into furniture for the export and
local hotel market, producing many types of products, furniture/accessories/
all types of high class ironwork/stonework/rattan etc.
Some of the customers served: Cebu Plaza, Sundowner, Cebu Beach club to
name a few.
Always a problem we encounter is the lack of a good service business and
knowing the quality that the customer requires, we decided to enter this
business with the full intent of providing the customer with top class service
with guarantee.
The company in this regard is fairly new, at three years old during this time we
have built up a good cliental data base.
