About
Salvi launched a career as a designer first in engineering and then in the context of applied research for plastics industry and new materials, with ENI Group, as a project manager. He worked in the studio of Michele De Lucchi contributing to some architecture projects and various industrial products for companies such as Ciba Vision (Focus Dailies contact lenses), Mandarina Duck, Olivetti, and Vitra. Since 2005 Mr. Salvi has served as a lecturer at Politecnico di Milano. In 2006, for Polidesign, he created and directed the new advanced course “Design For Plastics”, the first on the topic in Italy.
