Created automated database/tracking system, containing employee demographic data for
entire MSP. Reduced time needed for data compilation and report generation from 16
hours/quarter to 30 minutes. Improved information reliability and accuracy in consideration of
transfer and promotion purposes. Directed several projects to improve performance and

➢ Identified and resolved logistical problems and data discrepancies regarding
effectiveness of a $1,294,168.00 statewide traffic safety initiative program resulting in:
