 Under this law, a child, parent, guardian, or
government official of concerned citizen may
file a complaint against an individual or
syndicate promoting or involved in child
pornography.
 The DOJ has a special and select set of
representatives who have been a victim of
child pornography.

 The PNP and NBI are working with all internet
service providers (ISPs) to work against child
pornography over the internet.
 DSWD will be in charge of providing proper care and
custody of the victims.
 Penalties under this law range from Php 200, 000 to
