Professional Cleaning Service provide professional janitorial cleaning services,
including personnel and all materials, equipment and tools required to complete
the work. The services included detail cleaning but not limited to classrooms,
cafeteria, auditorium, hallways, science lab, restrooms & staff areas. Work
includes but not limited to dusting windows, floor mopping, stripping & sealing,
and associated furniture moves required performing the work.

3. 2. Services Agreement
General Provisions
Alliance PCS agrees to provide to the institute, all labour, supervision, materials and equipment
necessary to assure the performance of the Company of commercial cleaning services for the
Institute.
Term
The Company shall provide such Services to the institute as the date would be written on
agreement. The institute, at its sole option, has the right to renew or expand the scope of the
Services to be provided.
Consideration
The Company shall provide the Services to the institute those will be discussed after the meeting
and shall be written in the agreement. How often do we clean?

 Annually
The Company proposes to the institute that Services shall be payable monthly to the Company.
3. Service Schedules
Cleaning Tasks
a) Clean basins and counters with detergent/disinfectant.
b) Clean toilets and urinals using detergent/disinfectant. Uses bowl cleaner each visit to
keep toilets free of any types of stains, scale or residue.
c) High and low dust all surfaces to include knockdown of all spider webs.
d) Clean mirrors, soap dispensers, wash basins and all plumbing fixtures.
e) Clean under basins, around toilets and urinals.
f) Spot clean walls, light switches and doors.

4. g) Re-supply soap, toilet tissue, paper towels, liners, sanitary napkin liners.
h) Sweep, damp mop, and sanitize floors using detergent/disinfectant.
i) Sweep entrances to restroom and knock down cobwebs.
j) Empty all trash containers, and insert new liners as appropriate.
k) Empty and sanitize interiors of all sanitary napkin waste containers.
Additional Services
Additional Services shall be provided to the institute upon written request to the Company, and
at such time, the Company shall provide to the institute price quotes for any Additional Services
requested.
Service Schedule
The Company’s cleaning staff shall perform the Services for the Institute on the dates and times
as agreed to between them and shall observe all holidays of the Institute. The Company shall
adapt the service schedule to meet and serve the Institute’s needs and requests.
Invoicing
The Company will invoice the Institute on a monthly basis by providing an up-to-date invoice to
the Institute by the 5th day of each and every month.
Cleaning Supplies
The Company will maintain necessary equipments at the institute during the cleaning project.

The Institute shall provide safe and secure location for the company’s tools and equipment.
The Company shall ensure that it maintains at all time or times, proper safety standards in
connection with the performance by Company of the Services at the Company’s location where
Services are to be performed.
Insurance
The Company shall at all times maintain insurance applicable to the Services being performed by
the Company. Such insurance shall include comprehensive liability coverage, property damage,
Worker’s Compensation, and bonding.

6. The Alliance PCS shall furnish to the Institute a copy of such relevant insurance policies upon
request of the Institute.
Independent Contractor
Any and all staff or personnel supplied by the Company for the performance of the Services shall
be deemed employees of the Company, and at no time shall they be considered employees or
agents of the Institute.
Price Increases
Any prices quoted to the Institute shall remain in full force and effect for a period of 1 year.
Termination
Any agreement entered into between the Company and the Institute may be terminated at any
time by either party, by providing 30 days written notice to the other party.
