Contractor Agreement
o Client agrees on retain services from Contractor and Contractor agrees to provide service services to client time to time
o 30 days notice period for cancellation
o Contractor will not be possible for financial loss, death, distress that Client incur during the period of the agreement
o Client cannot held Contractor liable for any damages
o Contractor should devote time to project undertaken by Contractor at a proper stand in terms of quality
o Client agrees to pay Contractor on time, every month. Pay Contractor by 15th of every month.
o Outstanding amount will more than 30 days will be considered as overdue with a subject of 10% late fee penalty in addition to service charge.
