These questionsweremainlybasedaroundGoodwin’ssix keyfeaturesof amusicvideoastheywere
our mainaimsto fulfil andalsosome technical areasof the musicvideo.

The majorityof the usersI askedforthe questionnaireagreedthatthere were genre
characteristicswithinthe musicvideo.Thismeansalthoughitisdowntointerpretation,the
majorityof people canrecognise the featuresthatlinktoan indie/rockmusicvideo.

2. The usersgave greatfeedbackonthe relationship betweenthe lyricsandvisualsas
throughoutthe musicvideo.Thiswasbecause we made sure toinclude shotswhichlinked
back to the narrative of the music videobutalsotothe lyrics directly.These shotsare
obvioustothe viewerandunderstandable.
In termsof the notionof looking,maybe thisaspectof the musicvideowasn’tasobviousas
the others,I got mixedfeedbackfromthe viewershoweverthiscouldbe froma numberof
reasons. Throughoutthe musicvideoitisshotfrom a pointof view of a person,referenceto
notionof looking.If Iwere to create thisagainI wouldensure these featuresare more
obvious.

3. Again,Ireceivedpositive feedbackfromthe questionaskingwhetherarange of camera
angleswere used.Throughoutthe musicvideoitisrecognisablethatthere are a range of
camera shotand anglesusedtoportray differenteffectsthroughoutthe scenes.
The soundqualityinthe musicvideowasconsistentwitha postmodernfuture usingthe
sound.The viewersagreedthatthe soundwassuitable,couldbe turneduptoa reasonable
level andwasconsistentthroughout.Asagroup we made sure of thisbecause we
downloadedthe mp3file fromareliable source.

4. In termsof the videoandfilmingitwasconsistentthroughoutaswe made sure touse the
same filmingequipmentwhichwashighqualityandprofessional,thiswasevidenttothe
viewersastheyall agreedthatthe qualitywasgood.
I had mixedreviewsfromthe transitionsandeffectshoweveragainthisisupto the viewer
to interpretandas I askeda range of people frommale tofemale fromdifferentage groups,
it islikelytogeta variedresponse fromthisquestion.
