The student used various media technologies at different stages of their music video project. In the research stage, they used Google to research bands and YouTube to watch music videos. They used blogs to upload and track their progress. For planning, they used a camera to film a focus group, Microsoft Word to create a shooting schedule, and YouTube to create an animatic storyboard. iMovie and Photoshop were used for construction of the video and ancillary texts. Social media like Facebook and YouTube were employed for feedback and distribution.

We are interested in the effect of Gauss-Bonnet gravity
and will study these objects in the minimal number of
dimensions in which the term does not become a total
derivative.
Higher dimensions appear in attempts to find a quantum
description of gravity as well as in unified models.
For black holes many of their properties in (3 + 1)
dimensions do not extend to higher dimensions.

A Memorandum of Association (MOA) is a legal document that outlines the fundamental principles and objectives upon which a company operates. It serves as the company's charter or constitution and defines the scope of its activities. Here's a detailed note on the MOA:
Contents of Memorandum of Association:
Name Clause: This clause states the name of the company, which should end with words like "Limited" or "Ltd." for a public limited company and "Private Limited" or "Pvt. Ltd." for a private limited company.
https://seribangash.com/article-of-association-is-legal-doc-of-company/
Registered Office Clause: It specifies the location where the company's registered office is situated. This office is where all official communications and notices are sent.
Objective Clause: This clause delineates the main objectives for which the company is formed. It's important to define these objectives clearly, as the company cannot undertake activities beyond those mentioned in this clause.
www.seribangash.com
Liability Clause: It outlines the extent of liability of the company's members. In the case of companies limited by shares, the liability of members is limited to the amount unpaid on their shares. For companies limited by guarantee, members' liability is limited to the amount they undertake to contribute if the company is wound up.

Capital Clause: This clause specifies the authorized capital of the company, i.e., the maximum amount of share capital the company is authorized to issue. It also mentions the division of this capital into shares and their respective nominal value.
Association Clause: It simply states that the subscribers wish to form a company and agree to become members of it, in accordance with the terms of the MOA.
Importance of Memorandum of Association:
Legal Requirement: The MOA is a legal requirement for the formation of a company. It must be filed with the Registrar of Companies during the incorporation process.
Constitutional Document: It serves as the company's constitutional document, defining its scope, powers, and limitations.
Protection of Members: It protects the interests of the company's members by clearly defining the objectives and limiting their liability.
External Communication: It provides clarity to external parties, such as investors, creditors, and regulatory authorities, regarding the company's objectives and powers.

Binding Authority: The company and its members are bound by the provisions of the MOA. Any action taken beyond its scope may be considered ultra vires (beyond the powers) of the company and therefore void.
Amendment of MOA:
While the MOA lays down the company's fundamental principles, it is not entirely immutable. It can be amended, but only under specific circumstances and in compliance with legal procedures. Amendments typically require shareholder

This 60-minute webinar, sponsored by Adobe, was delivered for the Training Mag Network. It explored the five elements of SPARK: Storytelling, Purpose, Action, Relationships, and Kudos. Knowing how to tell a well-structured story is key to building long-term memory. Stating a clear purpose that doesn't take away from the discovery learning process is critical. Ensuring that people move from theory to practical application is imperative. Creating strong social learning is the key to commitment and engagement. Validating and affirming participants' comments is the way to create a positive learning environment.

Personal Brand Statement:
As an Army veteran dedicated to lifelong learning, I bring a disciplined, strategic mindset to my pursuits. I am constantly expanding my knowledge to innovate and lead effectively. My journey is driven by a commitment to excellence, and to make a meaningful impact in the world.
Implicitly or explicitly all competing businesses employ a strategy to select a mix
of marketing resources. Formulating such competitive strategies fundamentally
involves recognizing relationships between elements of the marketing mix (e.g.,
price and product quality), as well as assessing competitive and market conditions
(i.e., industry structure in the language of economics).

Question 4 Evaluation
1. Question 4
How did you use media
technologies in the
construction, research, plannin
g and evaluation stages?
2. Research Stage
To make the whole project we used different media
technologies. Before starting the project of making a
music video and the ancillary texts we needed to
take some initial research about the genre and target
audience and conventions of music videos and
digipaks etc.
was used to perform research about bands
and was used to watch music videos
common of those bands and helped us to create our
own videos.
We also used to upload all our work and to
update our progress.
3. I used to create presentations of my research e.g.
genre research and music video analysis. I used
PowerPoint because it is simple and effective and can
be viewed at your own pace clicking each slide.
I also used this is a website that allows you to
create more interesting and involving presentations as I
have used e.g. for artist case studies. It allows you to
zoom into certain things and follows paths you create
which makes it look more appealing
I had to use after creating the PowerPoint's to
convert them so I could put them on my blog. I found
using Prezi was much more easier to upload but
PowerPoint's were easier to create.
4. Planning Stage
My was used to film a focus group which
helped us to come up with ideas for our video.
We used to create a shooting schedule
which gave us deadlines of when to film what
scenes and when, and who would be there and
what props we needed.
We used to create the animatic story board
which was loaded onto YouTube which helped us
to know what scenes we were using, and when
which was used to in the end edit the actual
footage to follow those scenes.
5. Construction Stage
It was new to me, to work (iMovie)
but I soon got the hang of it, and found it
was easier than using harder software's
like Final Cut which is very confusing. This
was used to upload the footage, edit the
video and add effects and the song. We
started by deleting and useless clips so it
was easier to find the clips we needed
quicker. iMovie allowed precision editing
which helped the video look more
effective and professional.
6. (Photoshop) was used to create the
ancillary texts. This was easy because I
already had some past experience using
this software as I have it at home and
used it in year 12 to create my magazine.
This software is very useful for editing photos
e.g. making quality better, adding
effects/ patterns and fonts and more.
7. We also had brand new video cameras
given to us by school that use SD media
cards rather than tape, which made it
easier to record for longer and upload
quicker as tape uses real-time to upload.
Without the video camera we wouldn’t
have been able to film the video in the
first place.
I also used my own digital camera to take
photos for the ancillary texts.
8. Facebook and YouTube
• I used to get feedback from my friends, about the final
video, this is useful because most people my age has has
Facebook, and so I thought I would receive a lot of feedback
from this.
• I had put the video on so that it can be seen by
everyone, and it has received more than 170 views from
around the world.
9. Evaluation stage
In the evaluation stage we used to
capture some audience feedback of the
final video to see if it had met the
expected conventions of indie music.
I also used to record myself talking
while going through the slides in the
previous question, which makes it more
interesting for you rather than having to
read of the slide.
