This document summarizes a statistical analysis of the Nova Scotia wine industry. It analyzes data on grapes used, wines produced, locations of wineries and liquor stores. Key findings include that white wine is dominant in production and sales, L'Acadie Blanc is the most popular grape, and Jost produces the most wine. A script tool was developed to select and output grape data. The conclusions note limitations and that the wine industry contributes over $200 million annually to Nova Scotia's economy.
