The group worked well together, with clear communication about filming and editing schedules. Their acting and angles during filming exceeded expectations. While initially indecisive in planning, they agreed on an idea and carefully planned each scene. With a tight deadline, one member's editing skills helped complete the film on time. The finished video uploaded to YouTube and the group is proud of their accomplished work.
2. WHAT WENT WELL?
I think the group co-operated very well, communication
was good because the group always knew what was
happening e.g. one day we knew we’d be filming the
next we’d be editing.
Me and Dan Haywood did a good job in the acting part,
words were clear and understanding, no problems
were occurring in the acting part.
We enjoyed making the film itself we’d have fun whilst
also getting the filming done at the same time.
The angles our group managed to pull out were
beyond our expectations, they were definitely one of
the strong points for our preliminary task.
3. FINISHED VERSION
The finished version of the film is now uploaded onto the Tupton
Hall media YouTube channel, link will be at the bottom of this
slide.
We debated whether to change certain things in the film,
specifically the end in which we changed a lot but finally came to
an agreement of the best version.
Our group are happy and confident that our film will be
impressive to all viewers, we are proud of the work produced.

4. PLANNING STAGE
During the pre-production our group was indecisive on what
to create so we went through a numerous amount of ideas
until we went with one which we all felt good about.
We thought about each scene, what was going to happen in
it, what the setting is, what’s going to be said and we was still
deciding who was going to do the acting at that time too, so
all had to be carefully considered.
5. TIME MANAGEMENT
When we was first set the preliminary task our group felt sure we
had more than enough time, but with draw backs we had around
a week and a half of media lessons to finish the filming which we
did with just one week left on the deadline, Dan Haywood helped
our group out a lot because of his knowledge on the editing
software was the best he managed to get most of the editing
done correctly.
As a group personally we probably should've given ourselves
more time to edit so we have less pressure to finish the film and
take less time recording, we will be sure to do this next time out.
6. GROUP DYNAMIC
As a group we interacted together and interpreted well
towards the preliminary task.
We did this by communicating well and also making sure any
adjustments to the film were going to be positive changes not
negative, meaning that any changes would only be made if it
made the film better or more synchronsied.
7. EFFECTIVE SHOTS OR USE OF EDITING SOFTWARE
One of our most effective shots was the
dolly like action shot in which we used at
the start when I am walking. It is also
used when Dan is walking along the
running track to his starting position.
One use of editing was a sound effect
when showing Dan in the changing
rooms their is a big noise to create
awareness and some panic about the
scene creating tension and suspense for
the viewer.
