The student learned several skills in progressing from their initial school magazine to a full music magazine product. For the school magazine, the color scheme was boring and layout was cluttered with too many fonts. The music magazine cover was a marginal improvement with a more enticing color scheme and fewer fonts, though it could have included more content. The student was proud of the contents page, which continued the color scheme and logo in an easy to understand layout with a personal touch. Overall the double page spread turned out well despite the fold line going through part of the main photo, which the student would address if doing it again.
