The document discusses the lack of native English speaking teachers in the English teaching degree program at Universidad de Cordoba. It states that while the current teachers have strong English abilities acquired through education, having native English teachers could optimize the teaching strategies and help students develop stronger writing, speaking, listening and pronunciation skills closer to a native level. The purpose is to justify and show the importance of collaborating with native teachers, which could improve the skills of future teachers and their career performance. This is also in line with the bilingual policies of the Ministry of Education that require higher education institutions to meet certain demands regarding English proficiency.

Education is about providing students with knowledge, and about giving tools to help them learn the best way they can. Just like our world, the classroom is diverse. It is diverse ethnically, spiritually, linguistically, and in many other differences. There are many ways teachers can accommodate their lesson plans for diverse learners. Our groups focused on students who may also be emergent bilingual or multilingual, and who may need accommodations. Our presentation will provide real life situations, an overall understanding of bilingual education, tips and statistics. Enriching Vocabulary to the Students of English as Second Language Learners (...Naresh Arruri
This paper focuses on enriching vocabulary to the students of the English as Second
Language learner (ESL) through the approach Content–Integrated–Language–Learning
(CILL). Previously many approaches have been developed, such as language across
curriculum, task based instruction, activity based communicating (ABC model) instruction,
content based instruction and immersion programmes etc. In this paper I shall present a
model for learning Vocabulary of English as Second Language Learner through his/her
preferred content.
An Evaluation of Implementing Task Based Language Teaching TBLT to Teach Gram...ijtsrd
The combination of TBLT and traditional teaching methods encourages students to be more involved in communicative activities as well as guaranteed to master the target grammar by teacher’ being a model. They are required to listen carefully to teacher, and then students have themselves recognize what they need to do correctly. This minimizes students’ making mistakes while still enables fluency. More importantly, teacher no longer dominates classroom. In the light of TBLT, grammar is conveyed through completing communicative tasks which let students experience English grammar from meaning to form. In other words, the students were introduced meanings, functions of a certain grammar point through communicative tasks first, and then either the teacher or the students themselves explored the form and the teacher helped them build on what they know. This way of teaching and learning has never taken place before, so it is hoped that students experience it in a very positive way. Task based language teaching TBLT , if applied correctly to instruct grammar, will balance communicative competence and linguistic forms. Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.

1. Purpose of the study
Within the educational context is frequent to visualize the teaching-learning
process the part of it that has to be with teaching. Seeing this, it’s a fundamental
concern of the teachers to know the objectives to achieve, what to teach, which
method to use or what approach, to know what the best curricular strategy is. The
other part of teaching related to learning is considered a background; how students
learn and what are the strategies employed to reach the objectives of the course
and develop skills, that is to say, to learn an effective learning. The proposal
presented next, its central affair is the lack of native speaking teachers of English
language to the learning-teaching of English as a foreign language in the English
teaching degree at Universidad de Cordoba is justified by the fact that the
presence of native teachers can optimize all the methodological strategies taking
place inside the mentioned degree. The purpose of the following research is to give
reasons and show the importance of the collaboration of native teachers, which
can be seen in the skills showed by future teachers, inside their carrier or their
future working performance. All the early said can also be justified due to the fact
that being in line with the bilinguals’ politics that have been implemented by the
Ministry of national education (MEN), whichdemands institutions of upper level
education, in particular the faculties of education to be in line with those demands
2. Problem statement
Foreign language teaching has changed recently, now the called new knowledge society,
is imperative to all people to get attached to it and show high communicative performance,
not only on their mother tongue but also in a foreign language. English teaching has
become an essential priority in all Spanish speaking teaching institutions in the levels of
basic primary, high school and upper level. At this last level, colleges are called to make
their graduates to show a high level in the domain of English language. In this way
Universidad de Cordoba, is not away from this challenge. Therefore, English teaching in
different academic programs is offered in all the study layouts, it can be found like this in
the English degree, as indicated by his name is called to be part of the formation of
graduates with a high level of domain in the language and an excellent communicative
competency that certifies clear skills such as writing, speaking and listening.
Above can be supported by the fact that the importance that has had learning of actual
world languages is one of the biggest advances of postmodern societies that look in a
language the possibility of encounter, comprehension and development. English is the
typical example of this situation: 53 countries speak it as mother tongue or official
language, around 2 billion people are able to communicate in this language, it is the official
language of the United Nations, sea and aerial communications and maybe is the most
studied idiom as foreign language.
However, the case of the University of Cordoba program is from the very beginning
characterized by its suitable teachers and their domain of the language, which has allowed
future graduated and students to acquire excellent competences in English. Nevertheless
teachers registered in the program (23) domain English due to the professional formation
they have received degree, specialization, masteries or PhD’s related to the process of
teaching-learning. Thus, there are no native teachers from English speaking countries to
supportthe processes mentioned above. It becomes a flaw to get over the development
and projection of the program in a local, regional and national level. About the writing,
comprehension and pronunciation, of a native speaker teacher won’t be the same of a
teacher who has acquired English as a second language. Having native speaker
professors the degree program would surely optimize the developed academic processes.
