Transition strategic initiatives, and also working on developing a lean transition

Also, transitioned Insurance & Contact Centre projects and moved various Client
Business processes from multiple client locations (Singapore, Tokyo, Manila, London,
etc) to different Accenture Delivery centers, managed projects ranging from 5 FTE to
200+ FTE’s.
