Puma launched new Arsenal co-branded merchandise and needed to train their 400+ retail employees across 20 cities in India within 3 weeks. Playday, a sales enablement product, was used to deliver the online training. It was deployed within 7 days and 81% of employees completed the training module. Based on a post-training assessment, 82% of employees achieved the benchmark set by Puma. The training was effective as it resulted in an increased salesforce and increase in sales. The Puma employees enjoyed using Playday for the training.
